AI at Work
Get past the chatbot demo. Pick the right tool for the right job, write prompts that actually work, and leave with three workflows you'll use this week.
Three hands-on courses for working professionals — the curious individual, the busy team, and the leadership table that needs an AI strategy that holds up. No code. No fluff. Walk in with a question, walk out with answers and expertise.
50% hands-on, in the room. Live with an experienced trainer — not a recorded video. Industry guest speakers. Certificate of completion plus a knowledge check. The room is the point — that's why we don't run remote.
Three courses, designed to work standalone or as a journey. Pick where you are — start with the foundation, layer on team-level workflows and agents, then build the leadership layer for AI strategy, governance and OKRs.
Get past the chatbot demo. Pick the right tool for the right job, write prompts that actually work, and leave with three workflows you'll use this week.
From prompts to saved agents. Build a personal helper that runs your weekly chores, learn when to chain tools, and ship a 3-step workflow you actually use.
Walk in with the question, walk out with a one-page AI strategy, a governance map, a 90-day change plan, and one OKR connected to it — all defensible at your next board meeting.

Every Proven Path course follows the same shape. Less talking, more doing. The structure stays steady; the content moves with the tools.
Every concept is paired with a real workplace use case. No theory for theory's sake.
Half the day is exercises. You can also use your own work — bring a real problem and the room will help you solve it. Optional, never required.
You're in the room with the person who designed the course. No teaching assistants. Every question gets answered.
A short test at the end of each course confirms what stuck. Pass it and you walk away with a Proven Path certificate.
Industry leaders drop in for short, candid sessions on what worked, what didn't, and what they'd do differently.
The room is the point. Online attendance is allowed but treated as one individual seat — and we keep those very limited.
Twelve is our hard cap, every course. Past that, the room loses its texture and you stop getting the trainer's full attention.
One price, no hidden costs, early bird discounts where they make sense. What you see is what you pay.
A glimpse of how a Proven Path day looks — small group, laptops open, post-its on the wall, coffee that gets cold because nobody's checking their phone. Everyone brings their own laptop.
Branded illustrations representing each part of the day — swap each one for a real photograph from your next session. (See README — gallery section.)
I came in expecting to nod through some slides about AI. By 11 in the morning I had built a thing that wrote my weekly status update. By the end of the day it was triggered automatically. Best training day I've had in years.Thandi M.Operations Manager · Logistics, Cape Town
Geoff doesn't sell anything. He explains, he demonstrates, and then he gets out of your way and watches you build. The room asks better questions because he doesn't pretend to have all the answers.James de V.Founder · B2B SaaS, Stellenbosch
I sent four people to the AI at Scale course. Three months later, our weekly reporting cycle is two days shorter. The investment paid for itself before the next quarter.Lerato K.Head of People · Financial Services, Johannesburg
The OKR day was the first time my exec team agreed on what "done" looks like. We left with one Objective, three Key Results, and — finally — the same definition of progress.Mark P.COO · Healthcare scale-up, Cape Town
Sixteen seats is the right call. I asked questions I would have been too shy to ask in a 50-person room. By coffee on day one I'd already paired up with another founder who was solving the same problem.Aisha P.Consultant · Independent, Durban
I'm in my fifties. I hadn't touched AI before this. I left at 15:00 with three working agents and the confidence to talk about it in our exec meeting on Wednesday. Worth every cent.Pieter v.d.M.CFO · Manufacturing, Paarl

Geoff has spent two decades in operating roles — building, scaling and turning around teams across South Africa, the UK and the US. He has set OKRs in start-ups of 12 and divisions of 1,200, and seen every variant of how they fall apart. He runs Proven Path Academy out of Cape Town. The format is deliberate: small rooms, real work, no slides about slides.
He built Proven Path Academy because the AI training market is full of theatre and short on practice. His promise is simple: every course is 50% hands-on, every group is capped, and every student leaves with a practical solution they will use the following week.
Every session gets one industry leader dropping in for a candid 15-minute session. We don't announce them in advance — we want the conversation, not the LinkedIn buzz. Each guest is a working practitioner who has shipped AI or OKRs inside a real organisation, with the scars to prove it.
A guest joins for the last 15 minutes of the day for a Q&A about real-world implementation. They share what worked, what didn't, and what they'd do differently. No slides, no sales pitch — just a conversation.
A short, no-strings call with Geoff. Tell him what you're trying to do and which of your weeks you'd like to spend less time on. He'll point you at the right course — or not, if there isn't one.
